On November 2nd 2020, we announced that SDK A/S and FREJA Transport & Logistics Holding A/S had agreed to merge SDK Logistics’ activities with all FREJA’s business units - the new name of the company being FREJA. At that time, we needed to get the approval from the relevant Competition Authorities.
Today, we are very pleased to announce that we have received the approval from the relevant Competition Authorities, and therefore the closing is done and the merger is official.
Now, we will start the integration of SDK Logistics’ activities with FREJA, which will create a very strong company that will be better positioned by combining the existing competencies and knowledge of our experienced and valuable employees.
In the future, we strongly believe that we will be in a great position to approach customers with an even better service, quality and a broader portfolio.
