Availability, simplicity, rapidity. FREJA has something unique to offer and we want to show it to the world. Come, see and hear more in Antwerp in April!

Breakbulk Europe provides excellent business and networking opportunities with more than 400 exhibitors and sponsors and approx. 8000 visitors. The FREJA difference

It can be an advantage to be a smaller player to count among the best within project forwarding. As a smaller or middle sized collaborator, it is easier to be flexible and create customized solutions. We can gather our network fast and focus on each individual project and the needs of the customer.

You are welcome to visit us at the exhibition in Antwerp on 25 - 26 April on stand 420H3, where you can meet our professional international team with plenty of experience and expertise within project forwarding.

A fantastic journey and a tremendous development - but also quite a lot of challenges - has resulted in an enterprise with huge commitment and a desire to create value for as well FREJA as customers and partners.

The journey in Sweden started with the establishment in Helsingborg and a staff of 10 people. Shortly after, FREJA purchased Euro Traffic Helsingborg and TKS in Tumba. During 2008 FREJA purchased Åkeribolaget in Helsingborg together with TKS in Tumba and both companies were merged into FREJA in 2009.

In the spring of 2009 FREJA established office and terminal in Jönköping, which was an important step towards the further development in the North and for domestic activities. FREJA took over ATS in Växjö during the summer of 2010. The company in Växjö was moved to Jönköping and Helsingborg during spring 2012.

In May 2013 FREJA opened an office in Göteborg and is now present on four strategic addresses in Sweden with a total of approx. 100 employees.

In 2017 FREJA in Helsingborg will move all activities to new premises on a new location close to E6. From there, FREJA will be able to handle transport to and from the Continent, the North and domestic in Sweden.

FREJA Sweden services the market with 320 trailers and has a full covering domestic system with local sub suppliers. The ongoing development of IT solutions and products enables us to meet the market's demand for track & trace, speed and precision.

With FREJAs local presence and focus on finding solutions to all kinds of transport assignments, we look forward to serving the market with transport- and logistics solutions for many more years.

At the moment there is a great pressure on the European transport business because of new legislation which forbids drivers and hauliers to take their mandatory weekly 45 hours' rest in their trucks, which has always been standard practice.

Lately, Germany has forbidden drivers to take their weekly rest of 45 hours in the truck. The ban was introduced without warning effective of May 24th 2017.

In this connection, the German authorities have notified to carry out inspections/issue penalties, well knowingly that there are no alternatives of accommodation for several hundred thousand drivers in Germany nor in the rest of Europe.

It seems very difficult to observe these new regulations and if they will be enforced, the business will suffer severe financial challenges, which may cause serious consequences for the transport of cargo generally in Europa with Germany being the largest and most used country of transit.

As we have not yet seen political suggestions to carry out the new legislation, nor do we know the content of the controls, we have decided to await the situation. Therefore, we do not have further information about the consequences of the legislation. You can now turn any wifi tablet into a killer gps. Whether you have a gps enabled tablet or not.

We will keep you updated on all relevant news.

At the moment, the shipping lines experience a large pressure on the ferries between Sweden and Finland. This affects FREJAs traffic between Zealand and Finland and v.v. Unfortunately, we cannot expect to have all reservations come through on the desired departures.

We regret the delays, which may be caused by the capacity problems.
